Base Supervisory Engineer

What you need, when you need it! We are looking for a Base Supervisory Engineer to join our team in our Maintenance department. Custom Helicopters Ltd. provides helicopter support to clients for various applications, while providing high-quality services with a commitment to safety, quality, and value.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the Base Supervisory Engineer is accountable for the daily management of maintenance tasking, local engineer supervision, prioritization, and direction of all work activity at their assigned base. The Base Supervisory Engineer is further accountable for ensuring that all planned maintenance schedules are met, and all safety, quality, and regulatory compliance aspects related to aircraft maintenance are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of experience in rotary wing maintenance preferred.
• Strong computer abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence all internal stakeholders and external bodies.
• Strong communication, planning, time management, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, verification of full vaccination against COVID-19 preferred, and have a valid Manitoba Driver’s License.
