- Operating the counterbalance, Raymond reach and walkie
- Overseeing loading and unloading
- Providing coaching and ensuring all associates Re properly trained
- Data entry into WMS
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns
- Order picking using the RF scanner
- Other duties as assigned
Assets
- 3-4 years experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 year experience working as a warehouse team lead
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System
- Good customer service skills
- Can lift up to 50lbs
