SUMMARY

Mayfair Lakes Golf & Country Club is looking for a Clubhouse Maintenance Technician who wants to play an integral role in maintaining our facilities. We have a dynamic group that values the teamwork it takes to achieve excellence for our Guests.

We’re looking for a team player who is organized, enjoys fixing things, and takes pride in maintaining a clubhouse that exceeds Guest expectations!

Schedule

· This is a full-time, year-round permanent position.

· A standard work week is approximately 40 hours, worked over 5 days, including Saturday and Sunday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Clean locker rooms and washrooms, both on the course, and in the clubhouse.

· Ensure clubhouse windows are washed and floors are clean.

· Assist with repairs such as painting, sink repairs, general small maintenance repairs, etc.

· Assist Guests with questions about the property and company.

· Ensure each Guest receives high-quality service.

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Problem-solving skills
• Moderate fitness ability (must be able to lift up to 50lbs)
• Ability to speak and write in English
