About us
Coastal Auto & Tire Centre, a busy automotive repair shop in Burnaby, BC, is looking for an office operations / parts assistant to start as soon as possible.
Duties include:
- Booking customer appointments
- Processing/collecting payments
- Parking/moving vehicles
- Tracking parts ordered / place delivered parts at vehicle bay
- Picking up packages as required
- Regular office maintenance
- Process all paperwork as jobs are completed
Knowledge and skills required:
- Knowledge of vehicles, equipment and general automotive parts experience (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and retain customer satisfaction
- Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues
- Current knowledge of local sources of supply
- Knowledge of techniques for receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license.
- Clean driving history
