Get work skills and knowledge to find employment through our Youth Job Connection (YJC) program. If you are an individual under 30 years old, not enrolled in school, and live within Lanark County (Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, Perth, Almonte, Maberly, etc.), you can receive useful employment help through this program. YJC pays attendees for up to 60 hours.
As an attendee, receive support that includes:
- Paid employment prep workshops/training to promote job-readiness.
- Work-related safety certifications.
- Education and work transitions supports.
