I used to think running an organization was equivalent to conducting a symphony orchestra. But I don’t think that’s quite it; it’s more like jazz. There is more improvisation. Someone once wrote that the sound of surprise is jazz, and if there is any one thing that we must try to get used to in this world, it’s surprise and the unexpected. Truly, we are living in world where the only thing that is constant is change.

We have a hands-on philosophy

This may be an old fashioned concept, but we think if you hire someone, that is who should do the work. It has become the practice of the larger “business consultants” to assign the real work to entry-level personnel (most often with no real business experience) and then educate the “partner” on the key issues for presentation to the client.

With OPTIMUS PARTNERS, you get the partners knowledge, experience, and insight throughout the entire engagement; bringing decades of management and consulting expertise to support your specific business needs with standard and customized solutions.

When can we help?

  • When you want to make good things better
  • When your business plan fails to produce your desired results
  • When your leadership team is not achieving their true potential

And… we can do this faster than you can do it alone and much less expensively than traditional “consulting” companies would charge for similar work.

We bring experience and a general management bias

To assure a systemic solution, we bring both our best thinking and a comprehensive approach to your planning and business needs.

  • Understand– We typically start by helping you interpret the results of our break through, web enabled, organizational assessment tool that identifies and prioritizes the highest leverage opportunities for change.
  • Insight/Direction– This can range from a simple tune-up of your communications to the creation of a flexible future-state business model. You are in control; we will provide the insight to help you frame your decision.
  • Design/Plan– OPTIMUS PARTNERS can recommend the right tools to complement and increase the effectiveness of your current capabilities and provide just the right level of structure in your approach to planning and execution.
  • Implement for Results– There are always risks to implementation. That being said, a rapid prototyping of solutions supporting a staged roll-out approach will accelerate your time-to-market and increase the likelihood of success of your initiatives.

OPTIMUS PARTNERS has developed and brings an integrated general management framework to address your needs- throughout the solution life-cycle. We have researched the best management concepts, and methodologies available and we have readied them to support your business improvement.
