Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Senior Account Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in door-to-door sales, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet company goals
  • Hire, train and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage the overall account budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses and revenue
  • Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for new initiatives or changes in strategy as needed
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction with all deliverables
  • Lead regular client meetings and check-ins, providing updates on account status, project progress, and upcoming initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies that align with the clients' goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing large-scale accounts, and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and trends
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs, including project management tools and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend relevant industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
