A large-volume multi-disciplinary practice in North York seeks an experienced physiotherapist to join our fun team. We will give you large volumes of patient bookings, an executive admin team, and a strong team of assistants to support you in your delivery of great patient care.

Our therapists use evidence-based assessments and treatments; provide personalized therapeutic plans and exceptional client-centered care.

Our services include physiotherapy for chronic and acute MSK conditions, support braces, stockings, vending electrotherapy equipment and many more. A small number of our patients are treated for a stroke and trauma rehab too.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a great & inspiring hands-on therapist
• Be friendly, motivated and passionate about educating their client base and community on health and wellness.
• Be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively on client treatment plans with other health care practitioners
• Be confident in providing a thorough intake assessment and physical therapy examination, as well as therapeutic recommendations including referrals to subsequent health care practitioners (if warranted)
• Have exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Will maintain appropriate and timely charts for all patients.
• Be able to identify red flags and patients that require immediate referral to the physician specialists or ER.
• Manual therapy is a must

Requirements:

• Have significant experience in good hands-on physiotherapy
• Have an additional specialty
• Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario & EHC industry
• Open to new ideas, standards & opportunities

Compensation:

• A generous hourly or split formula of your choice
• Paid Statutory holidays

Salary: From $41.00 per hour
