We are currently seeking associates who have previous work experience in customer service sales and/or technical support
Must Have:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Tech Savvy
- Experience with online services
- High School Diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Great communication skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Inbound Calls
- Sales/Upselling Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
- Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements.
- Handing client's needs with exceptional care and attention
- Have a strong understanding of policies and procedures of various programs, to provide support to end client base.
- Provide information & support to clients with questions pertaining to loan programs
