Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead FWSAR Infrastructure Support System projects
• Lead the development FWSAR VP ISS/ITB reports and support related activities
• Prepare for and support FWSAR Progress Review Meetings
• Maintain the FWSAR Risk Register
• Maintain the FWSAR schedule
• Perform budget analysis and projections
• Assist the PAL FWSAR Program Manager with internal and external communications
• Support the creation of routine FWSAR reports
• Assist with FWSAR through effective communications and collaboration with project stakeholders
• Assist with project controls using MS Project and MS Excel
• Monitor and assess progress against PAL FWSAR baseline plan and contribute to the development of recovery plans where necessary
• Coordinate, attend, and support internal and external project review meetings
• Manage and maintain PAL FWSAR project management archived data and reports
• Provide project administrative support as required
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Functional with MS Office suite
• Experience working on a large scale project
• Familiarity with budget management for complex programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Able to develop project plans and allocate resources
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to hold a Government of Canada security clearance of SECRET
• Able to travel within Canada (Comox, BC to St. John’s, NL)
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and meet strict deadlines

Desired:

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI-SP certification
• Advanced MS Project and MS Excel skills
• Familiarity with military ISS programs
• Practical experience of technical and commercial MRO activities considered an asset
• Familiarity with the coordination of MRO logistical operations
• Experience working with OEM aircraft maintenance documentation
• Familiarity with Mobile Repair Party concept of operations
• Experience working with DND
