We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in our Customer Service Department that will work closely with the Customers, Sales Representatives and Production.

This position is responsible for a variety of duties including:

• Close working relationships with customers over the phone, email, and in person
• Work closely with Sales staff and internal production staff- take and give detailed instructions
• Ability to write up, review and coordinate the production of customer printed materials with precise production instructions and distribute to all departments
• The ability to monitor and follow jobs to completion to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product

We are looking for a professional with the following demonstrated abilities and skills:

• Well spoken, friendly, and customer service orientated
• Organized, analytical, and able to multi-task and set priorities
• Keen attention to detail and understands the importance of a deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service
• Having related print/design industry experience would be essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or GED
• Experience with Production/Project Planning
• Minimum 2-4 years of Customer Service Experience
• Intermediate level working knowledge with Excel and Outlook
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast paced environment, working with tight deadlines while under pressure
