We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations in our Edmonton Branch. Operational Leaders key responsibilities will be monitoring, organizing, and optimizing daily production/service team needs to meet daily targets.

At Executive Mat Service, our Operations Leader is an integral part of the production /service process. They must be competent and comprehend daily operational needs to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Communication and leadership within the team is critical to the success of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse production/Service department.
• Ensure there is proper training in Production/ Service.
• Ability to assist in all areas of operational needs including but limited to warehouse, shipping receiving, and performing delivers for customers.
• Scheduling and meeting daily production and service team targets. Ensure all H&S policies and regulations are followed.
• Conduct Monthly team meetings.
• Monitor performance tracking and reporting for operations.
• Schedule all equipment/vehicle-related maintenance
• Tracking, scheduling all delivery make-ups, and service issues via liaison with head office staff.
• Service Department to ensure all routes are completed daily.
• Assist in communication with the head office about any issue.

Ø Self Starter with the ability to work both independently and in team environments

Ø Team player with strong leadership skills who can make decisions and solve problems

Ø Ability to organize tasks and assess priorities for effective time management

Ø Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Ø Strong organizational and communication both written and verbal skills

Ø Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Ø Service support as required.
