Full Job Description

We’re looking for Team Members to join our team! We will provide full training for all roles so previous experience is not required. As a team member your top priority is guest satisfaction.

Position Duties:

· Prepares product as required

· Maintains a clean, sanitized work environment

· Stocks and puts away inventory

· Following operational standards for the preparation of product and operation of equipment

· Maintain required product levels as per our Always Fresh standards

· Achieve daily targets

Qualifications

· Have strong customer service skills, keen on details, attentiveness, and patience for customers

· Previous experience as a baker, team member, or in fast food is an asset

· Have a willingness to learn and try new things

· Are responsible, trustworthy, and punctual

· Have the ability to work on your feet for most of shift

· Ability to adhere to policies and procedures

· Ability to work with initiative and with minimal supervision

· Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Morning shift typically starts from 4am on and ends by 4pm.
Afternoons is between 1pm and 1am. (students are not usually scheduled later than 10pm if it is a school day the following day)
Overnights starts from 9pm onward and ends by 7am (not available at all locations)
