Description:

The designer will join the Shawinigan local software development team to work on mechatronics products, which brings international collaboration with the tech centersaround the globe. This position tasks include working with embedded software trust anchor, application chain of thrust and encrypted CAN communication using microcontroller Hardware Security Module.

The actuator is used to shift automatic transmissions, it automates manual transmissions.

Software Development with embedded C

Analyze and support with client requirements

Implement Embedded C code

Encrypted librairies already available, no need to write algorithms.

Knowledge with cybersecurity concepts or automotive standards

Develop cybersecurity software components following cybersecurity process

Participate in Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager

Analyze customer requirements and participate in software architecture definition

Establish documentation and traceability between customer requirements and software implementation

Support software validation and verification group in fuzz and penetration testing

Implement embedded software in C language

Implement unit and integration tests

5 years of experience with Embedded C

3 years of experience with safety critical documentation from Aerospace, Medical or Automotive (DO-178, IEC60601, iso26262)

1 year of experience with cybersecurity processes or concepts OR 1 year of experience with Automotive Standard ISO26262
