Job Title: Team Member/Outside Clean Up (OCU)
Salary Grade: Hourly
Reports to: Manager in Charge of Shift
I. Job Objective: To ensure that the restaurant, both inside and out, is clean and
prepared to greet our customers and to meet Church’s standards of operation.
II. Essential Job Functions
a. Primary Functions:
1. Ensure that the parking lot and surrounding areas are clean and free from
litter, cigarette butts, etc.
2. Empty all exterior trash receptacles; clean exterior of receptacles and
ensure that trash can liners cannot be seen.
3. Take all trash from the back door area and place it in the dumpster.
Ensure that dumpster lids are down and the access doors closed.
4. Break down all boxes prior to placing them in the trash.
5. Scrub all sidewalks, parking spaces, Drive-Thru pads and dumpster pads
as needed.
6. Clean all exterior and interior windows and ledges daily.
7. Change the exterior reader board and POP as needed.
8. Ensure that Drive-Thru menu board is clean and contains correct
information.
9. Scrub interior of cooler as needed.
b. Secondary Functions:
1. Mop interior floors (Dining Room, Rest Rooms, etc.).
2. Clean rest rooms and ensure that all paper products are properly stocked.
3. Weed and clean exterior landscaping as needed.
4. Change interior and exterior lighting as needed.
5. Clean air vents and interior ceiling tiles as needed.
6. Clean light covers on periodic basis as assigned by Manager in Charge.
7. Other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge.
III. Physical Demands (Minimum Requirement to perform Essential Job
Functions)
Team Member/OCU person must be able to:
1. Continuously stand on hard floors and exterior surfaces to scrub exterior pads
and parking areas, clean interior floors, etc.
3. Continuously walk on hard floors and exterior surfaces for periods of up to
eight (8) hours.
4. Frequently push and pull trash cans, brooms, mops, scrub brushes and
dumpster lids and doors.
5. Frequently stretch and reach to scrub pads, clean ceiling tiles and vents,
change lighting, and clean landscaping.
6. Occasionally stoop or squat to clean hard-to-reach places or remove trash.
7. Frequently climb ladders to change lights, clean ceiling tiles or vents, and to
perform routine maintenance as needed.

biscuits, while adhering to and complying with the procedures in the Baking
Section of the Church’s Store Operating Manual (the “SOM”). Accomplishes
tasks in a timely, clean and orderly manner.
II. Essential Job Functions:
a. Primary Functions:
1. Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Sets up Biscuit Baking station, ensuring that all necessary product and
small wares are present.
3. Check all equipment in the baking area and immediately reports any

4. Refrigerates appropriate number of biscuit base, shortening and dressing.
Code dates and rotates each product using the first in, first out (FIFO)
method of rotation. Ensures that Biscuit Brush-On and Honey Butter

5. Prepares pre-mix according to the proper procedures when preparing and
baking products as outlined in the SOM.
6. Adheres to proper procedures when preparing and baking products as
outlined in the SOM.
7. Ensures that proper holding times (as outlined in the SOM) are applied to
all product.
8. Maintains a clean work area by practicing “clean-as-you-go” policy while
following all of the guidelines/procedures of sanitation and safety.
9. Verifies that all necessary products and supplies are stocked and available
at the baking area.
b. Secondary Duties:
1. Assist the Manager in Charge and other team members in providing
quality food, service and cleanliness for customers.
2. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager in Charge of the Shift.
III. Physical Demands (minimum qualifications needed to perform the Essential
Job Functions).

1. Continuously stand and walk on hard floors to prepare, cook, and transport
food for up to four hours at a time.

Accomplishes tasks in a timely, clean and orderly manner with a focus on meeting
the customer needs.
II. Essential Job Functions:
a. Primary Functions:
1. Helps keep the service area stocked with an adequate supply of
condiments and paper products to last through the meal periods.
2. Ensures that temperature and water levels are adequate in steam wells and
cookers.
3. Ensures quality of product and reports any deficiencies to Manager in
Charge of Shift.
4. Follows the procedures for filling orders as outlined in the SOM.
5. Ensures that cook-to-order products are prepared immediately.
6. When frying any items, strictly adheres to the designated frying times by
using a timer.
7. Strives for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service
standards. Completely and accurately fills orders in a timely manner.
8. Cups chicken in the display case. Ensures all products are properly
rotated and that holding times are observed.

3. Examine work station and immediately report any malfunction of or
damage to equipment and small wares to the Manager in Charge of Shift
