We are looking for a creative, dedicated professional with customer service experience to join our organization. The Customer Service Representative will be focused on creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers, building strong relationships with the community and assisting customers with finding the right products and services for their needs. This position will directly contribute to our company's success by providing real-time support that is responsive, knowledgeable and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Record details of incoming customer calls.
- Identify problem areas.
- Handle complaints.
- Manage customer records.
- Provide information to customers about products, services and company policies.
- Provide information to customers about company services, policies and prices.
- Research and resolve problems for customers.
- Answer customer inquiries with tact and diplomacy, and in accordance with company policy.
- Train new employees in customer service techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
