Renovation Carpenter
Carbery Construction is a small renovation company based in Kitchener-Waterloo region.
We specialize in both large and small scale renovations as well as subcontractors of trim and custom carpentry.
We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled individual who is looking for career advancement -, in turn we offer a positive, forward-thinking work environment with strong core values and competitive rates based on experience.
The job posting is for a carpenter with the required experience in all aspects of residential renovations.
Our CARPENTERS have;
- 4 or more years of Carpentry experience
- Experience in residential construction
- Their own transportation, ability to travel throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas
- Basic hand tools as a necessity, power tools as an asset
And are also;
- Assertive and level-headed, you take charge of your role as part of a team
- Organized with excellent time and task management, you always follow through with great attention to the details
- You are invested in ongoing learning and growth, and committed to being part of a collaborative work environment
- Maintaining transparent & positive relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients
Duties will include;
- Carry out all aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to;
- Demolition, Structural framing, Drywall, Trim & Custom Carpentry
- Read and understand a set of drawings
- Basic understanding of Ontario Building Code
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Experience:
