What you will earn:
- Starting salary: $28/hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
- Employee benefits: After 90 days of employment, benefits including vacation, bonus/commission, stock options, and medical/dental insurance will be offered.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the auto center, ensuring the smooth running of services and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Lead the service advisor team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing client relations and resolving any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum 2 years experience in auto repair and maintenance, preferably in a fast-paced service center.
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong administrative skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, and professional demeanor.
- A valid driver's license.
- Passion for the automotive industry, familiarity with various vehicle models and their maintenance requirements.
