What You will do.
· Accept and resolve in coming A/R inquiries from external and internal customers in a timely manner.
· Ensure customer records are accurate
· Post customer cheques and online payments into CDK.
· Scan cheques to bank
· Run daily batch reports and balance daily cash for stores
· Reconcile credit cards and cash accounts
· Running and mailing monthly statements
· Verify sales contracts
· Ensure whole-goods invoices are coded for processing
· Ensuring the sales paperwork is complete before processing
· Ensuring warranty date is correct on whole good units in CDK
· Support salesforce to prepare invoices, sold notices and updated equipment lists.
· Interact effectively with all departments
· Other duties as assigned
What you'll have:
-Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, internet functions and google drive.
· Analytical skills are necessary to analyze information, solve problems and make proper decisions.
· Good communication skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadline and contribute to the overall success of the accounting/sales department.

Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
