Website Developer (C) Job at Apex Time Solutions
The
Website Developer will be critical in supporting the development of front and back-end operations on our digital web and application platforms. The Developer must be able to oversee an entire project from start to finish with the communication skills to convey technical details to the team while easily communicating updates to the executive team. The ability to proactively evaluate the needs of users and analyze any technical issues to resolve them quickly to keep all systems highly functional while making proposals for future improvements is critical to this role.
Job Duties:
- Proactively review and monitor the ATS website for functionality and experience, making sure that it is efficient and free from friction and errors.
- Lead the development and support for a new ATS website that speaks to current lead flows.
- Work directly with our Creative Director to ensure website brand standards are followed and met.
- Lead projects for the development or enhancement of automation, web functionalities, and other systems (Systems include CRM and web applications).
- Stay current with web development trends, news, and digital media regulations.
- Research, recommend, and implement new technologies for marketing.
- Support special projects as required.
Required Skills:
- Advanced experience in CMS platforms including WordPress.
- College or Bachelors in Web Design or related field, or significant equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in web development.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including file formats and optimization.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
- Expert skills in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM with a data-driven mindset.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (plan, design, development, and deployment).
- Strong experience identifying, tracking, and reporting website errors and performance.
- Ability to perform effectively, with a professional demeanor, in a diverse and fast-paced work environment consisting of multiple and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate a bias for action, a pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and is not afraid to get out of their comfort zone to learn something new or solve a problem.
- Exceptional time management and planning skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight.
- Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and be extremely organized.
- This is a contract position and will last for the duration of the project
