Dream is looking to welcome its latest Web & Graphic Designer
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s Creative team is currently looking for a Web & Graphic Designer who will report directly to the Manager, Graphic Design. You will be working alongside a team of Graphic Designers on individual and combined initiatives.

What experience will I gain?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
You will be supporting marketing and communications efforts with the marketing and creative team. Concretely, here are a few of the primary responsibilities you’ll be taking on:

• Execute marketing materials and web updates under tight deadlines
• Work with company stakeholders to gather and organize information and put into layout
• Collaborate and engage in team brainstorming meetings bringing ideas to the table and collaborating with other members of the team

• Working on a variety of projects such as (but not limited to): brochures, reports, social media graphics, posters, signage, web pages, eblasts, etc.

What type of experience and skills do you have?
These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.

• Strong layout and design skills including advanced knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe suite programs
• Web design and basic HTML and CSS
• Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp
• Strong organizational skills and people skills

• Works well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Works well with other departments/stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
• Production experience
• Experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus
