We are actively looking for a mature, self-motivated individual to join our High Level team in a Warehousing / Shop / Delivery Driver role. The successful candidate will be a hands-on individual who isn’t afraid of physical work. This is a multi-faceted position working within several different areas. Opportunity also exists to further grow into additional areas within the company like Outside Sales. Responsibilities:

Warehousing

• Unload and visually inspect incoming goods
• Distribute received products to the appropriate warehouse area in a safe and efficient manner
• Stocking showroom shelves and showroom maintenance
• Pick and package customers’ orders in a safe and efficient manner
• Collect all orders ready for shipment
• Carry out and / or load customers’ orders into trucks
• Other miscellaneous warehousing duties as assigned

Shop

• Build various hose assemblies (includes, but is not limited to: hydraulic, industrial and specialty hoses)
• Build various chain and cable assemblies (includes, but is not limited to: booster cable and aircraft cable)
• Visually inspect completed assemblies
• Complete miscellaneous shop duties as required

Delivery Driver

• Loading/unloading product(s) from company vehicle, using proper care and safe handling procedures
• Delivering product to customers in a timely fashion
• Transport product returns back to our facility as required
• Perform regular vehicle inspections
• Upkeep of the interior cleanliness of the vehicle
• Assist with order picking inside the warehouse

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Capable of maintaining a professional image and enhancing customer relationships
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Applicants must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license (drivers abstract required)

Previous forklift and shop experience would be an asset, but training will be provided as needed.
