Burntwood Cannabis is looking for several candidates to join our team in Thompson Manitoba
We are looking for enthusiastic & dedicated individuals to help provide exceptional customer service to the Winnipeg community.
We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Opening the store
- Closing the store
- Cash Handling procedures
- Motivating and directing the team of Sales Associates
- Planning and oversight on tasks
- Upholding team to company standards
- Upholding and ensuring an understanding to all company policies
- Upkeeping store cleanliness and organization
- Processing orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory numbers
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience is a must
- Prior supervisory experience in retail environment preferred
- Ability to delegate and take ownership
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong time management and prioritizing skills
- Must be 19+
- Current & Valid Smart Choices Cannabis certification
- Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00 hourly
