We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our our service department within our call centre. Sherwood Park Chevrolet is a high volume dealership committed to providing a high level of service to our customers.

We are looking for a team player who possesses the right attitude and passion needed to be successful in customer service. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective customers, handling inbound & outbound calls, working with management to get optimal results, booking appointments, handling objections and staying up to date with training.

The right candidate will:

  • Handle inbound service calls and electronic customer inquiries for the purposes of booking appointments for our service team
  • Perform outbound calls to inform customers about upcoming maintenance due on their vehicle, important safety recalls and promotional marketing campaigns with the goal of booking service appointments
  • Provide excellent relationship management to ensure all customer needs are addressed
  • Have the ability to adjust your communication style to cater to different audiences using expertise, tact, diplomacy and listening skills
  • Have exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Have some automotive experience, but the right kind of entrepreneurial attitude will be considered
  • Have a proven ability to deliver results within required deadlines
  • Be able to work in a metrics reporting environment
  • Be comfortable working independently and as a team player

Base pay starts between $15 - $18/hr based on experience, PLUS $500 - $1500 in monthly bonuses based on performance objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
