Service Advisor

Your role as a Service Advisor will be to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment that involves constant interaction with customers in person, over the phone and online. You will be involved in the customer’s vehicle service needs being determined, reviewed and completed while ensuring the customer is involved and aligned resulting high level customer satisfaction.

As a service advisor you will:

• Welcomes the customer warmly on arrival and obtains information about their car.
• Explains the nature of the work performed and all the costs to the customer.
• Advises customers om how to look after their cars and stresses the importance of maintenance, based on the manufacturer’s technical features.
• Maintains high standard of customer satisfaction
• Ensures that customers are informed of all promotions and services provided by the dealer.

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
