Salon Product Hotline Associate Job at Kao Corporation

The role:

The Salon Product Hotline Associate will answer calls from hair stylists regarding product usage and education of Kao Professional Salon products.

You will support stylists across the Americas region (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and United States). You will also conduct product testing as directed.

You must be willing to work 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Pacific Time (Monday - Friday).

What you will do:

  • Answers Hotline inquiries from customers (salon and salon stylists) in a friendly professional manner according to manufactures direction and document accordingly
  • Keep accurate and maintain necessary test records information into computer database and maintains accurate records
  • Report all high-level hotline concerns thoroughly with necessary details

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Current licensed by local State Board of Cosmetologist
  • At last three years of performing hair services in a salon
  • Goldwell experience a plus
