RMA Specialist

Position Overview

We’re looking for an RMA specialist is tasked with organizing returns and keeping accurate, detailed records. Receiving customer product returns and performing post returns.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, verify each returned package
• Pick return to vendor orders and contact vendors for return procedures·
• Warranty process directly with manufacturers & vendors
• Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities and RTV return·
• Process RMA requests and send for approval
• Maintain reports with daily/monthly numbers of returns
• Maintain daily productivity / workflow reports·
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, as required·
• Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis·
• Extensive knowledge in computer parts and accessories, and consumer electronics·
• Ensure returns and claims are processed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Preferably associate degree or higher education
• High energy and strong work ethic within a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
