As a Store Manager (Floating), you will direct a team to deliver profitable sales at various store locations, based on business needs. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will monitor and mentor teams, encourage training, growth, and development, as well as ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed. Creating a memorable customer experience and a great place to work.

What you will do in this role, but not limited to…

Grow The Team and Culture

• Influence others in an assigned store and establish relationships and trust
• Develop and build a team rapport of highly engaged and results-driven associates through effective communication
• Be an ambassador and role model for a culture of engagement, a champion of change and accountability
• Conduct one on ones – to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Display solid execution of Leader vs Manager and the balance to be successful
• Develop plans for improvement with the assigned Regional Manager, ensure timely follow-up to manage performance consistently and effectively

Grow The Business

• Strategic thinker
• Achieve sales plan for the assigned store and utilize Extended Aisle for not in store stock
• Manage payroll and other store operating expenses to the set plan
• Achieve Key Performance Metrics, including, but not limited to: Units per Transaction, Average Transaction Value & Supercrease
• Coach team in growth of customer data base through email capture
• Ensure store is consistently merchandised and standards maintained as per corporate directives
• Oversee implementation of all store-related initiatives with attention to detail; provide guidance and coaching in support of continuous improvement
• Keep meticulous records to support returning/new Store Manager
• Communicate with assigned Regional Manager, on any store related opportunities or issues in a timely manner

And your qualifications include…

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager in a service-related or retail organization
• Must be mobile and hold a Valid Drivers license and personal transportation
• Post-secondary education in a business-related field
