Equipment World Rentals is seeking a customer service-focused individual to join our Growing TEAM. This is a full-time seasonal position with the possibility of extension.
Working in a dynamic team environment, the Rental Sales TEAM responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Assisting clients with reservations via phone, e-mail and in-person
-Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
-Managing client contracts through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.
-Coordinating with warehouse and yard employees to fulfill check-ins/outs
-Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental and sales inquiries
-Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer service
skills and qualifications:
- high degree of computer system proficiency
- ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- customer service experience and a positive attitude
- knowledge of industrial equipment is preferred
