Factory Blinds Outlet is the leading retail window covering business in Medicine Hat, AB.
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate should be comfortable helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve problems.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Listen to customers' concerns.
- Provide information about our products and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Provide quotations
- Assist outbound sales representative when needed
- Deal with customers on social media channels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience an asset
- Marketing experience an asset
