We are Unity Payments, one of the most successful companies in the Payment Processing Industry. We are looking for a receptionist with experience in either customer service, lead generation, or sales, to help grow the company even more.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Informs and directs visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Operates switchboard telephone.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports staff by meeting their workplace requests.
  • Keeps inventory of office supplies
  • Assists the sales team with lead generation.
  • Notates client interaction in computer system.

This is an in office position. Our days and hours of operation are Monday through Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
