Are you a Process Automation Development Lead, who enjoys finding the identification, prioritization, and execution of process automation opportunities across our organization.
In this role you will develop and manage a portfolio of opportunities ensuring that you identify and execute on the highest value priorities for our organization. You are experienced in cross functional process, have well established business relationships, and interested on how the latest technology advancements in intelligent automation can accelerate value for our organization.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Seven years of cross functional process knowledge within the energy sector and it’s supporting corporate functions
  • Seven years of business development, portfolio management, and product delivery experience
  • Seven years of managing cross functional teams in the successful delivery of analytics, data, or automation solutions
  • Experienced in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, TQM
  • Working knowledge and experience with process intelligence and process automation capabilities
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the business engagement, opportunity development, and product management for automation solutions
  • Accountable for the total cost of ownership and benefits realization for the solutions in the portfolio
  • Accountable to report on value creation, delivery risks, operational metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Engagement and escalation point for process automation solutions within the portfolio
  • Develop competencies and strategy for automation democratization within the portfolio to achieve scalability
Location and other Key Details:
  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
