AGENT DE SÉCURITÉ DE NUIT
Description de Poste:
Relevant directement du Directeur du Clubhouse, l’agent de sécurité de nuit supervisera et protégera les biens,
les actifs, les membres et les invités du club, ainsi que le personnel, tout en empêchant les actions inappropriées
et toute activité illégale. L’agent de sécurité de nuit sera sur place de 22h00 à 6h00.
Les tâches incluses sans se limiter à:
- Protéger les biens et le personnel de l’entreprise en maintenant un environnement sûr et sécurisé
- Observer les signes de crime ou de désordre et enquêter sur les troubles
- Prendre des notes précises sur les événements inhabituels
- Surveiller et contrôler l’accès aux entrées des bâtiments
- Signaler les irrégularités, telles que les atteintes à la sécurité, les dangers liés aux installations et à la
- Surveiller et filtrer les visiteurs, empêchant toute entrée non autorisée; être confiant et calme lors de la
- Répondre à diverses urgences telles que les appels à l’aide, les alarmes incendie et les incidents
- Surveiller les situations, les biens et les événements;
- Fournir un service à la clientèle impeccable;
- Effectuer des cycles de surveillance préventive selon les procédures établies
- Passer l’aspirateur et le ménage léger du restaurant
Aptitudes et Qualifications:
- Excellente connaissance des procédures/protocoles de sûreté et de sécurité publique
- Compétences en surveillance et attention spécifique aux détails
- Intégrité et professionnalisme
- La certification de sécurité ou l’expérience en matière de sécurité est considérée comme un atout
- Vérification des antécédents requise lors de l’embauche

OVERNIGHT SECURITY GUARD
Position Profile:
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Overnight Security Guard will oversee and protect the club
property, assets, members and guests, and personnel while preventing inappropriate actions and any illegal
activities. The Overnight Security Guard will be on site from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Monitor and control access at building entrances
- Report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, emergency situations and
- Monitor and screen visitors, preventing unauthorized entry; be confident and composed when resolving
- Respond to varied emergencies such as calls for assistance, fire alarms and incidents of aggression
- Monitor situations, property and events;
- Provide impeccable customer service;
- Conduct preventive surveillance rounds according to established procedures
- Vacuuming and light housekeeping of the restaurant
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- Security certification, or experience in security is considered an asset
- Background check required upon hiring
