MTL DÉVELOPPEMENT is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join dynamic and growing team, providing administrative support to Operations Development Manager. We are seeking qualified and professional candidates who are well-rounded and can work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
  • Follow up with consultants and ensure schedules and deliverable are met
  • Attending meeting and keep minutes
  • Helping to organize and execute research
  • Managing the Operations Development Manager's calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records related to operations activities.
  • Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the operations team in coordination with front desk
  • Maintaining supplies and equipment for the operations team
  • Answering and directing phone calls for the operations team
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Development Manager.

Qualifications

  • DCS / DEC (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Day Shift (Required)
  • French (Required)
  • English (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $41,000.00 per year
