Office Administrator

A local Fredericton business has an exciting career opportunity. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will work closely with office staff and management. We are looking for an individual who is dynamic, fun, self-motivated, professional, and an experienced problem solver with exceptional customer service. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential.

Major Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.

· Prepare job reports

· Manage workflow and multiple tasks

· Assist with handling and coordinating active calendar

· Assist Office Accountant with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

· Other office tasks as required

Attributes & Qualifications:

· Office Administrator Experience

· Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills

· Positive Attitude

· Ability to multitask and problem solve.

· Basic understanding of accounting considered an asset

· Experienced with QuickBooks an asset

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
