We are currently seeking a Junior .NET Software Developer to join our Software Solutions team. We are searching for highly motivated candidates with experience collaborating with teams to implement and apply new information technologies both for Becht and for our clients.
What You'll Do
As a Junior .NET Software Developer, you will work directly with stakeholders, the product owners, other developers, and team leadership to create, test, and deploy cloud-based solutions. Becht needs motivated, engaged, and highly capable employees who strive to provide technology solutions that generate value for the team, Becht, and its clients.
Responsibilities:
You will develop, improve, and maintain Becht’s web application solutions- You will contribute to brainstorming and feedback sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs
- You will engage with the project lead and solutions architects to contribute to and understand project specific and Becht’s portfolio-wide technical approach
- You will work with the QA/QC team to create Test Plans, Test Scripts, and all other work and activities related to Quality Assurance of the products

Required Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications- 2-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
- Experience with technologies like C#, .Net Core, MS SQL, Angular, etc.
- Experience with software development lifecycles, including Agile product management, development, and testing
- Exceptional organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborative, written, and verbal communications skills
- A desire to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, high-energy, entrepreneurial environment
