Tasks

• Working with the whole team for the marketing strategy;
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors;
• Building marketing campaigns for company;
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team weekly;
• Creating and delivering attractive content and social media plans;
• Choose the appropriate media for advertisement purposes and develop advertisement campaigns within the budget range.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as e-commerce websites, social media postings, e-mail flyers and brochure promotions, etc;
• Following the need basic to create social media posts and of any events sales and online promotions
• Organizing and maintaining the stock on e-commerce website and in store using Shopify system
• Implementing a instore email marketing campaigns to collect information to help build on-line traffic to e-commerce website
• Creating e-mail marketing campaigns to send out promoting our business both in store and on-line
• Preparing the daily and weekly online social media posts to market the products on-line.
• Measure and monitor traffic on social media platforms;
• Report the traffic analysis of social medial platforms to management weekly;
• Build awareness to the online store through social media marketing
• Coordinate with the shareholders and implement any ideas we need
• Monitor the budgets for the marketing campaigns
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
• Develop and manage all internal communication systems
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage;
