Who we’re looking for

Manager Digital Services Delivery

As Manager Digital Service Delivery, you’ll be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, development, delivery, and support of business application services. Through services such as consulting and collaboration with clients in their business planning, the team led by the MDSD provides the expertise to ensure that the IT solutions align with program goals and contract commitments.

What you’ll do

• Developing system specifications, oversee release management process, and developers’ development cycle
• Developing business cases and specification documents to ensure that development is in line with funder expectations
• Identifying and communicating issues, resolutions, and risk mitigation strategies with key stakeholders
• Leading the business analysis, systems design process for system development.
• Ensuring effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the success of digital business systems, recognizing the key role that this plays in successful delivery of the WCG delivery program as well as WCG’s strategic directions and goals
• Representing WCG at contract management and stakeholder meetings, provide support with presentations where required
• Participating as part of team responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) for WCG

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or another technical field
• 5+ years of formal work experience in managing customer focused delivery teams
• Three to five (3-5) years’ IT project management experience
• Understanding of data processing and systems
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Excellence in complex stakeholder management
• Experience with complex governance and reporting structures
• Employment conditional on obtaining federal Reliability Status – Security Clearance
