Revelstoke Property Services is looking for highly organized maintenance persons, interested in working within a fast-growing property management company.

The ideal candidate would like to work in a fast paced work environment in the heart of the Powder Highway. Do you have good carpentry skills and a construction background? It is essential that the applicant possesses some knowledge of the basic workings of general household systems i.e. plumbing, electrical, house construction etc.

As maintenance / carpenter personnel your primary responsibilities are:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including:

• Patching drywall
• Painting
• Caulking
• General plumbing issues
• Other common household repairs

- Shoveling snow (when necessary)
- Inspecting, assessing and addressing tenant maintenance requests
- Posting notices to properties
- Working with office and other maintenance staff on larger maintenance projects
- On-site tenant and owner communication
- Work on small to medium renovation projects for our clients (mainly inside winter work)

- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse resident/customer base

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
