The Job...

• Primary duty is to provide inside support to all Lighting customers & showroom business
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Serve as an additional support person for technical questions and specifications for Lighting products for the branch and region
• Produce quotations and perform timely follow-up on all sales opportunities
• Ensure all order, inventory, delivery and invoicing processes are followed as per EECOL policy and to the customers’ requirements
• Will be responsible for ongoing personal development and training
• Effectively report and update the corporate “Customer Relationship Management” system (CRM)
• Provide feedback to the Lighting team regarding inventory levels
• Demonstrate a solution approach to product inquiries
• Maintain an organized and professional workspace, appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Perform other duties as required
