We are overhauling our south shore, Saint-Bruno operations and are looking for an eager and energetic Inside Sales Representative who will report to our Sales Manager and be an integral part of this transformation.

Here are some of the things our Inside Sales Representative will do:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide pricing by email or by phone
• Liason between customers and Outside Sales
• Supporting customers with all issues related to order tracking & product support
• Order entry & processing
• Sending confirmations to clients
• Ensuring and excellent customer service experience

Does this sound like you?

• 1-3 years minimum experience in a customer service role.
• Minimum education required - High-School graduate, some college preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to adapt on the fly and have a "get stuff done" attitude.
• Ability to work independently and effectively be a member of a team.
• Manage multiple priorities in a often fast-paced environment.
• Work with autonomy and a sense of initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
