Job Description

Imagine is seeking an individual to fill the role as HR Administrator for a 6-month contract with the potential to continue.

· Assist in the employee onboarding process including creating personnel files, and checking new hire paperwork

· Prepare offer and onboarding packets

· Maintain employee files and electronic files on departmental drive, ensuring quality, completeness and integrity of information and updated records

· Process, verify and maintain all personnel related documentation

· Scheduling of meetings/minute taking

· Provide general administrative support to the HR department, but not limited, to mail pick up at main office and distribution, ordering of supplies

· Sending our companywide email communications

· Oversees sending and retrieving exit surveys and tracking effective dates as appropriate

· Prepare notifications of new hires, terminations and transfers to the Director of Finance

· Develop and organize company sponsored events such as holiday parties, meetings

· Assist the Executive Director as needed
