Health Care Aide Job at Northcott Care Centre
Northcott Lodge Nursing Home is a 73 bed long term care facility located in the town of Ponoka in central Alberta. We are currently looking for certified and untrained Health Care Aides to work full time and casual shifts. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a long term care setting.

Salary: $17.92-$25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in care related tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to evaluate the resident’s overall plan of care.
Requirements:
- Experience in long-term care is an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Positive, gentle, and calm attitude.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff must be fully vaccinated. Active screening at the start of each shift as well as continual masking.
