At Scarborough Village Physio & Chiro, we take an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care, in which the patient and family are the first and most important part of the team. Along with the patient, the doctors and multiple therapists work together as one to set goals and monitor progress for the best recovery.
Job Title: Clinic Receptionist
Experience: Preferred 1 year of administration, 1-year customer service
Reporting to: Clinic Manager
Job Requirements:
- One Year of Experience
- Passion for working with people
- Out-going and personable
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Act and dress in a professional manner
- Punctual and Committed
Job Description:
- Answer Phones
- Booking patient appointment using EMR software
- Use of POS system
- Direct billing to insurance companies
- Assisting the clinic manager with daily tasks
- Balance received payments daily
- Daily Reminder calls, collection calls and recalls
- Maintain office filing system
- Basic tracking of MVA/WSIB Treatments
- Product Orders
- Office cleaning and laundry
Job Pay: Based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, roughly 30-32 hours.
Schedule must be flexible
Potential for more hours.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
