• Evenings and weekends

This is a part time (10-15hours a week) front desk/ customer service position which includes schedule and member profile management, membership support and sales, member engagement, Cleaning and maintenance of the studio. Ability to learn new systems, multi task and work in ever fast changing environment.

Your contribution to the team:

• Create strong, lasting rapports with members and guests through incredible customer service and detail orientated data collection.
• Be the face of the studio to all members and guests.
• Handling all new and existing member purchases and handling memberships and membership inquiries
• Daily digital communications with new clients who have visited our studio and existing members.

A little about you / Who we are looking for!

• Experience in front desk with sales and customer service environment.
• A role previously that required organization and multi-tasking.
• MindBody knowledge an asset
• You are confident in yourself and able to demonstrate the ability to confidently initiate and build rapport with members and relationships with businesses
• Proven ability to follow a sales process and overcome sales objections
• Possess creativity, an outgoing personality, high-energy, and positive attitude
• Possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to be a self-starter
• You are definitely a person of high integrity with the competency to multi-task

Experience: · Front Desk / Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) , Sales: 2 years (Preferred) · Social media and communications 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

• Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• computer/system: 1 year (required)
• Customer service and/ or Sales: 1 year (required)
