Full Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Educator will be responsible for maintaining positive child guidance in the classroom.
•Educator must maintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanour at all times.
•Educator must be sensitive to the needs of all children and highly observant of their potential needs.
•Educator will spend many hours standing, bending and moving, which requires physical stamina and fitness.
•Educator must be patient and understanding during all working hours.
•Educator must be professional and respectful at all times.
•Educator must love children and work well with others.
•Educator must create lesson plans and responsible for keeping classroom clean.
•Educator must keep a professional attitude when working with others and interacting with parents.
•Educator must sanitize toys weekly.
•Educator must be prepared to go outside, weather permitting.
•Educator must be willing to attend educational workshops.
Qualifications:
•Valid first aid and CPR certificate.
•Criminal record check.
•Social Development check.
•Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
•Experience is a definite asset.
Salary:
Based on qualifications and experience.

We offer guaranteed full time hours, full health benefits and one paid family day off a month.
