We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join their Operation’s Team as a District Manager. who has experience in the Quick Service industry.
The potential candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Moncton area. They must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation due to the expectation of daily travel among locations in Southeastern New Brunswick.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by ensuring locations deliver exceptional guest service, including but not limited to high standards of guest service, guest satisfaction and quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Ensure locations follow all in-house and corporate policies and procedures
  • Focus on meeting targets and goals including but not limited to food, paper and labor with Management Teams
  • Coach Managers on a day-to-day basis to help them achieve specific restaurant goals and targets
  • Lead by example when it comes to day-to-day operations in the restaurant

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in Business Management is an asset
  • 3-5 years Franchise / Quick Service Restaurant management experience
  • 2 years multi-unit experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop, coach and build strong Team relationships
  • Strong operational skills in the guest-service environment
  • Ability to exceed multiple and/or tight deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised while remaining part of a strong and successful Operations Team
