Cinchy's Delivery Success Team is looking for a Customer Solutions Project Manager to lead a team of solution builders to provide our customers with subject matter expertise in building solutions, and assisting our customers and partners to be successful using our platform and products to maintain a high customer retention level. Reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions, you'll work closely with our customers and our solution builders to scope & drive project delivery end to end, inclusive of scope definition, day to day project planning/execution, timing & resource scheduling, strategy planning, issues resolution, status reporting, risk and cost management services and to drive the daily change control and communication strategy with our customers. This customer facing billable role is accountable to ensure project deliverables and schedules are met.

What Success Looks Like as a Customer Solutions Project Manager:

- Lead our Customer Solutions Project Delivery Experience - you think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services. You will create project plans, track to them, and communicate project status to all stakeholders. You will lead end to end management of multiple projects successively, inclusive of evaluating each project's scope of work, budget (time/cost) and ensuring all stakeholders are up to date with real-time accurate project information. With any risks & blockers, it is your role to escalate and partner with all necessary stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for our customers.
- Understand our Operating Principles to Drive Results - you are driven to take the time to learn, and enhance our technical project management operating practices and use them as guidelines in your role. Excellence in this role will strengthen retention of our customers by helping their businesses grow with each successful project delivery..

What we need from you:

  • 3-5 years related experience in project management in a similar
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field)
  • Certification in Agile Development, Scrum Methodology, PMP or related certifications is a plus
