Your responsibilities:

• Answering inbounds calls, chats, emails, and eventually social media
• Dealing with sensitive cases
• Following up on your pending cases at the end of the day
• Be patient and efficient
• Be an ambassador and a team player

What you need :

• Perfect command of spoken and written English. French an asset for which you will have a bonus
• Ability to do several tasks at a time
• Dynamism, diplomacy, and good listening skills !
• Ecommerce experience an asset

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
