Postle Construction Inc. is a high end residential construction company looking for highly skilled “residential” finishing carpenters with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on extremely high end custom homes.

We have two seperate divisions within the company. The first and backbone of PC Inc is the sub-contracting side. Most of our carpenters work within this division and are exposed to forming, framing, exterior cladding, and interior finish carpentry. At PC Inc. we truly believe in diversity and that a carpenter should have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the trade.

The company consists of 75 employees and we are constantly looking for more talented individuals to expand our workforce.

We offer full benefits, automatic deposit and smart phone, app based, time keeping. Our company also offers future site superintendent and project management roles for carpenters who demonstrate loyalty, and work their way up through the ranks.

All apprentices can expect to be sponsored by PC Inc. We are highly respected members of the ITA and the majority of our foreman, superintendents, and owner of the company are Red Seal Certified Carpenters. All apprentices can rest assured their work based training reports and recommendations for certification will be taken care of promptly upon completion. We believe in the apprenticeship program but are also happy to hire carpenters that learnt the trade from a hands on approach. At PC Inc. we value and recognize onsite experience just as much as classroom training.

Successful carpenters should have a minimum of 2-3 years in the trade.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: We are actively looking for talented apprentices and carpenters to work on one of our projects in Whistler. This opportunity offers higher than normal hourly rates, LOA, and paid housing for non locals.
